Windows 10 20H1, which is the version of the system that will be completed in the first quarter of next year, is now available for testers in the next build. I am talking about the release marked as Build 18965, which is already reaching the insiders in the so-called fast ring.

The new build of Windows 10 is some interesting news. Microsoft boasts of introducing changes that users themselves asked for, commenting on the readability of the current settings layout. This time the modification concerns the option that allows you to remember the status of some applications and restore it after restarting the computer. Next year, this feature can be enabled from the login settings.

In addition, Microsoft also highlights changes that affect the feedback stage of the system’s features. Feedback Hub has been refreshed, making it easier for users to recognize whether a post is a problem or a suggestion. By the way, some of the icons have been changed.

Another change is the option of adding new problems similar to others, which have already been described. In this way, Microsoft wants to collect as much information about a specific vulnerability and obtain as many scenarios as possible to trigger a given fault, which is to help solve it faster.

Other changes in Windows 10

The novelties described above are, of course, only a part of the changes that are available in the new edition of Windows 10. The described compilation has several important bug fixes, including the solution to the trouble of unreasonably hiding the taskbar when starting the touch keyboard and removing the problem of running processes in the background in the case of some applications.

You can read about all the changes on the Windows Blog. Other new features in Windows 10 that appeared on previous builds were described last month.

It should be remembered that Windows 10 20H1 is still at a stage of intensive development, and thus, there are still a number of faults in the system. Known bugs include the problematic operation of some Realtek SD card readers and the improper operation of the minimize, maximize and close buttons for some programs.
